Treasured Marks Return Policy
At Treasured Marks, every piece of jewellery is thoughtfully crafted with care and meaning. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we’re here to help guide you through the process.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the personalised nature of our jewellery, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom-engraved pieces unless they arrive damaged or defective.
However, non-customised items may be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or with an engraving error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund. You may be required to provide a clear photo of the damage or error to assist with our investigation and resolution process.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:

- Approval: Our team will assess your request and provide further instructions.
- Return Shipping: Once approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exclusions
- Customised Items: Personalised jewellery with engraved names, dates, fingerprints, or handwriting cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $99 within Australia. For orders under $99, a flat shipping rate applies and will be calculated at checkout.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery within a 10 km radius of Toormina Shopping Centre (Toormina Gardens) in the Coffs Harbour area. If you're outside this range, don't worry! We may be able to arrange alternative options upon request—just reach out to us.
Shipping Schedule
We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders placed on other days will be sent on the next available shipping day. We aim to process your order as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on your location, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow extra time during busy periods or for remote areas.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within Australia. If you're outside Australia and interested in placing an order, contact us to explore shipping options.
